Returns & Cancellation

Islamic Shop believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal Cancellation/Return policy.

How am I eligible for returning a product purchased on Islamicshop.in?

Returns will be accepted only if you have received an item “Damage”, “Defective” or “Different Colour”. 

In case of faulty or damaged product

• Please do not accept if the package is torn, tampered, damaged or there are signs of leakage.
• If you suspect that the package is damaged or , please take an unboxing video of the product to claim return and exchange.

How do I return a product(s) purchased on Islamicshop.in ? 

If for any reason you wish to obtain a refund/exchange, you may return your item(s) to us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please note the following :

• The product(s) should not be used
• The product(s) should be packed with the original packaging received
• Once we receive the Items, we will investigate the order case and process the refund
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• COD shipments are refundable as store credit only less shipping and COD charges
• If you would like an exchange, the paid amount minus shipping charges will be deducted from the price of the new items, or it can be added as Store Credit to your account for the next order

Non returnable/refundable items

In certain scenarios accepting returns and performing exchange of products is difficult for us to support.

• Items from the SALE section are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable
• All items under the SALE section are sold on an as-is basis
• Return request is made outside the specified time frame
• Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
• Defective/damaged products that are covered under the manufacturer's warranty
• Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
• Any consumable item that has been used or installed
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
• Made-to-order / custom jewellery
• Fragile items, Consumable products like Cosmetics, Attars, Body sprays and Electronic products like Toys, Watch, Clock etc 
• Custom-made products cannot be refunded like Apparels under Men, Women & Kids Section

Cancellations

• You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded
• The payment for all the returned products will be done to the customer's Islamic Shop account in the form of store credit, which the customer can use for his/her next purchase

Refunds for International Orders:

In some cases, refund will be initiated due to unavailability of the stocks of the ordered product. A refund will be provided after we process your return item to our warehouse in case of exchanges or returns.

Refunds can take up to 3 - 5 workings days for us to process your refund which will be credited to your bank account. Most of the time, refunds will be processed sooner.
