Does Islamic Shop deliver globally?
Islamic Shop ships its products in India and across the globe.

How many days will it take for me to receive my order?

• Ready/Available products will be shipped in 1-2 working days.
• Custom-made/tailor-made products will be shipped in 3-5 working days.

For Domestic Orders - INDIA
After dispatch, we try our best to get your products delivered within 3-5 working days, but in some remote locations it may take 7-10 days. (through Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Ekart, Professional Courier & India Post)

For International Orders - Outside India

• Normally it takes 4-6 working days to get delivered through DHL, FedEx, Aramex, India Post, UPS, etc.
• We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or customs processing fees, which are determined by the destination country’s government, while Islamic Shop is not responsible for customs charges incurred on international deliveries.

For Urgent Deliveries
We recommend that you get in touch with our team and place your orders at least 48 hours in advance for specific delivery time.

Will I get my orders during public holidays?

• Your orders will not get processed during public holidays, natural calamities or emergency holidays.
• We will give prior information to the customer to the registered email address or mobile number.

What if I am not able to receive the order or the order gets returned?

• Delivery partners will attempt to deliver the product 3 times, if not received the package will be returned to Islamic Shop.
• We request you to fill the complete address details (house/door no, street name, area name, locality, landmark and city name) in the checkout page to avoid returns.
• If the order needs to be delivered to another address or another delivery attempt has to be made, the customer should bear the courier charges.
• The address cannot be changed once the order is shipped.
• Products will be delivered as per the postal address mentioned at the time of registration and providing mobile number helps in fast delivery.
• Islamic Shop is not liable for any wrong address mentioned at the time of registration.
• Islamic Shop is not liable for any delay in delivery by the Courier Company or postal authorities.

How much will I get charged for shipping or What is my shipping cost?
Shipping charges may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items, and the cost will appear at the checkout.
Free Shipping: Delivery within Chennai (above Rs.500/-) or order above Rs.5000/- (across India) is FREE of cost.
Paid Shipping: Across India - Rs.50/-for 500gm. Every additional 500gm will cost Rs.50/-
Additional Charges: You will get the final shipping cost at the time of check out. There won’t be any hidden charges like Tax, Octroi charges.

How can I track my order?

• Once the order has been shipped, it can take up to 4 hours for the tracking information to be updated and you'll receive the shipment in the next 2-4 working days.
• If multiple tracking numbers appear on your shipment e-mail, your order was shipped in more than one package.
• Acknowledge the proof of delivery, which will be provided on delivery.
• All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient’s address.

Please note:

• Orders that contain multiple items may arrive in separate packages, possibly on separate days.
• In case of late deliveries, you’ll be the first to know either by SMS or email by the shipping partner.
